I am a Software Architect with over two decades of hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale systems across healthcare, insurance, and digital platforms. I have designed and built AI agents using Google Gemini and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to automate complex enterprise workflows, treating security, reliability, and observability as first-class concerns.
I believe in improving the platforms I use. As an active open-source contributor, I designed and
implemented the Firestore Session Service for the Google Agent SDK, which was
officially
merged into the core project to address production-readiness gaps in stateful AI agents. In
addition,
I contribute to the Spring Boot framework, where I identified a critical
scalability
limitation in Tomcat’s default WebSocket configuration that can lead to
CloseStatus[code=1009] errors in high-throughput, real-time applications such as audio
and
video streaming. I authored a detailed technical proposal Spring Boot Issue #47944, including a
reproducible test suite, advocating for more granular WebSocket buffer configuration options. This
work
has been acknowledged by the Spring Boot Core Team and is currently under design consideration to
improve production readiness for the broader Java developer community.
In my professional roles, I have led large-scale modernization initiatives, including redesigning member-facing conversational AI platforms in healthcare and leading cloud migrations that significantly reduced latency while improving deployment frequency through DevOps adoption.
